Polymer Products uses computer controlled mixing equipment to maintain a consistent, high-quality product. Polymer can regulate all factors in material mixing to obtain compound superiority and quality. PPI utilizes multiple mix machines which help to provide quick turn-around on orders and high quantity products.
CNC Machining
Polymer has multiple CNC finishing machines to trim parts to their final dimensions.
PPI can hold tight tolerances and help with prototype dimension changes easily.
Urethane to Metal Bonding
Polymer can provide bonding of urethane to metal as well as many other composites. PPI has large volume degreasing equipment, automated sandblasting, and high-speed bonding to provide quality urethane to metal bonding on all quantities.
